About Coaching
You will work 1-on-1 with me to explore the areas of your life that need work. Each session we will focus on a different topic in addition to talking about where you are and where you need to go.
- Coaching can take place in person, over the phone, or using video over the internet.
- Each session will last 50 minutes and take place every 2 weeks.
- Each month you will receive giveaways, which might include things like:
- Samples of healthy foods
- Books or ebooks related to a healthy lifestyle
- Cookbooks
- Personal care products
- You will have email support between sessions
- You will receive simple but informative handouts that will increase your nutrition knowledge
- You will have access to a library of online documetaries
