Individual Coaching



About Coaching

You will work 1-on-1 with me to explore the areas of your life that need work. Each session we will focus on a different topic in addition to talking about where you are and where you need to go.

  • Coaching can take place in person, over the phone, or using video over the internet.
  • Each session will last 50 minutes and take place every 2 weeks.
  • Each month you will receive giveaways, which might include things like:
    • Samples of healthy foods
    • Books or ebooks related to a healthy lifestyle
    • Cookbooks
    • Personal care products
  • You will have email support between sessions
  • You will receive simple but informative handouts that will increase your nutrition knowledge
  • You will have access to a library of online documetaries
